The beauty of internal assessments

The first set of CIAs has been done, and it’s been just 22 working days since our second semester started. Huh? Is the semester actually running fast or am I not fast enough to catch up?

I realized something as I sat down to think of my week and think of something to write this blog about. My life isn’t any different compared to others. I too have ups and downs in life, moments when I feel like I know it all, and moments when I know that I know nothing at all. Well, these internals had all of those moments. Starting from making a plan of action to finish a given set of questions in the maths question bank, to checking how much time it would take me to finish just the important questions, I am sure that I understood more about time management than maths.

I have always felt that chemistry was fun and easy. Well, that was until I had to write an exam about it. The way I studied is something that I would never do again, mainly because I don’t remember how I studied. Nonetheless, it was a fun experience for both me and my examiners. Ok in all seriousness, to everyone reading this (and to my dear parents who are reading this), the contents of this blog have been exaggerated for the sole purpose of entertainment and do not reflect my time and efforts used in indulging myself in these internals. (Had to put a disclaimer for my safety)

Well, speaking in an emotional context, internal assessments are fun in a way because you know that they will get over soon and you will be able to sense that hint of breathing space more and more every day. These internal assessments teach you one thing in life… It’s not just about now, it’s more about your past for your future. If you had put effort in your past for this present, then there is no need to worry about your future results. See you next Monday!

Appreciate the efforts <3
